0:00:00.179,0:00:05.100 In uMake, when you create a closed shape, the end points of all the curves automatically 0:00:05.100,0:00:06.490 form a connection. 0:00:06.490,0:00:11.160 By default, if you select one of the edge curves, and then move the curve the closed 0:00:11.160,0:00:16.530 shape will change, and the connected curves will adjust to the movement of the curve. 0:00:16.530,0:00:20.010 There may be times however where you will need to disconnect one of the edge curves 0:00:20.010,0:00:23.160 and move it without changing the rest of the shape. 0:00:23.160,0:00:26.820 To do this, select the curve you want to move. 0:00:26.820,0:00:31.210 Then tap on the icon with the scissors on the bounding box. 0:00:31.210,0:00:35.290 When this is highlighted, any curve that is connected to other curves will disconnect 0:00:35.290,0:00:39.640 and move freely without changing the shape of other curves. 0:00:39.640,0:00:44.330 When you no longer need the disconnect function enabled, simply tap it one more time to return 0:00:44.330,0:00:46.420 to the default setting. 0:00:46.420,0:00:51.030 Try creating a closed shape, and disconnecting one side from it using the disconnect function.
