Sketching on a Surface in uMake enables you to add more detail to your designs. This video covers the sketch on surface tool and how you can use it in uMake.

 In addition to sketching in 3D space, uMake
 lets you sketch on surfaces you have created.

 To do this, select a surface in your model.

 Then tap “Sketch on Surface” in the side
 menu.

 You will notice that the interface will change
 to highlight the surface you are able to sketch on.

 Any curves you sketch while in this mode will
 snap to the selected surface.

 Any closed shapes sketched on the surface
 will split the surface as well.

 Once you are finished sketching on a surface,
 tap the green check mark to exit the tool.
