Want to make a rounded corner or give a 45 degree angle between two lines? The fillet/ chamfer tool in uMake makes it easy to change how to connected curves interact. This video walks you through how you can use the Fillet / Chamfer tool to your advantage.
uMake enables you to easily fillet or chamfer
an angle between two or more curves.
For this demonstration we will use a rectangle.
Select all four curves.
Then simply tap, hold and then drag to the
left to fillet, or round, all four corners.
Dragging to the right will chamfer, or create
an angle, on all four corners.
Alternatively, once you have curves selected,
you can tap the Fillet/ Chamfer option in
the side menu, and once again drag to the
left to fillet, right to chamfer the corners
Any surfaces between curves will automatically
be edited to reflect these changes.
Now you can try creating filleted or chamfered
corners on your own.
